Purpose
Krucial Rapid Response provides critical support in the form of personnel and other resources to communities that are under resourced, experiencing significant hardship or disruption in essential services or are otherwise, in an emergency situation.
We’ve always focused on helping communities in their greatest time of need.
Krucial Rapid Response traces its origins back more than a decade. Key staff members provided assistance in a number of emergency response situations, including when an EF5 tornado struck the city of Joplin, Mo., in 2011, leaving an unprecedented path of destruction in its wake. Scores of emergency deployments followed involving more than 50,000 personnel to communities around the country.
With the knowledge and expertise gained from these deployments, Krucial Staffing was officially established in 2019. The onset of the COVID 19 pandemic catapulted Krucial to new heights, becoming the largest emergency response staffing agency and offering standard healthcare placement solutions including contract travel nursing, temporary to permanent staffing and direct hire.
In August 2022, Krucial Staffing transitioned to Krucial Rapid Response, a non-profit focused on giving back to communities in their greatest time of need – closing the gap in essential services, lessening the burden of the government and helping to solve the critical shortages of healthcare personnel nationwide through outreach and education.
With more than 50,000 assignments involving more than 33,000 deployed personnel to nearly 1,000 partners around the nation since 2019, Krucial Rapid Response is the nation’s No. 1 non-profit medical staffing agency.
